IMI's Flashing and Moisture Control program is taught to the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) tradespeople as an upgrade and as a certification required as part of 432 hours of the apprenticeship related training. It is also delivered to architects, engineers, and other key decision makers of the construction industry as a continuing education module.

First Aid/CPR Metro
8 hour safety certification through Minnesota Safety Council that includes 1st Aid, CPR, and AED (use of automated external defibrillator) Must pass written exam to recieve certification.

Supervisor Certification Program is a 16-hour course designed to develop skilled foreman in the Masonry Trades.
Scaffold User
Scaffold User - This is an 6-hr class emphasizing the basic safety and hazard awareness for fabricated frame systems.
OBJECTIVES:
- Recognize hazards associated with scaffolds
- Proper scaffold erection, use, access and maintenance.
- Requirements of the competent person.
- Identify potential scaffold hazards.
- Describe methods to control or minimize hazards associated with scaffolds.
